Renault Trafic

It was our first time in a campervan, and it was a big succes! Beforehand, we had contact with Valter through whatsapp. I forgot to upload my driver's license and he reminded me which was helpful. The contact was good and clear. We had a checkin, in which everything about the van was explained to us. It was relaxed, we had fun and it was also helpful for later. The van itself drives easily and is very forgiving. Even though it was my first time driving a van, the driving was not difficult. Although I did need an extra pair of eyes with parking in the beginning. The only downside was, that I am nearly 2 meters tall (I am Dutch) and the bed is too short to lay in fully extended. So you need to curl up or lay diagonally. There are two beds in the van, one in the back and the roof bed. This helped us out because we could lay diagonally separately in both of them. During the trip, we made a scratch on the side. The handling afterwards was fair, which we were relieved about and Valter handled it in a good and professional manner. Overal Valter is a great guy and I liked him, would definitely recommend hiring a van with him!!

Super voyage avec le Renault Trafic de Valter. Nous avons découvert la vallée du Douro et ses paysages vallonnés sans problème. Le véhicule est parfaitement équipé, idéal pour une première expérience van life. Et Valter est très pédagogue, disponible et flexible sur le point de rendez-vous : je recommande !

Foi a minha primeira experiência a alugar uma autocaravana e não podia ter escolhido melhor. A autocaravana é extremamente prática, confortável e está muito bem equipada, permitindo viajar com toda a liberdade e comodidade. Levou-nos a todo o lado sem qualquer problema e tornou a viagem ainda mais especial. O Valter foi impecável desde o primeiro contacto. Esteve sempre disponível para ajudar, deu excelentes sugestões de locais para pernoitar e respondeu prontamente sempre que surgiu alguma dúvida. We had excellent experience from the beginning to the end! It was our first time doing something like that with a camper van and we couldn't ask for a better person than Valter for that. He met us and showed us around his small city near the beach wich we spent the first night near the lagoon. Valter was transparent and professional, explained everything there is to know about the van . We had good communication through the trip if we had any questions. The size of the camper is very convenient to get to small narrow villages and to park on a regular parking. We could get to places that I'm not sure we could with a big van . It was equiped very well, from a torch to a sun umbrella! We had everything we need:)) "Nevertheless, don't forget to be happy!"- Thank you for everything !🙏🩷🕊️
