Luca and Laura are very helpful and welcoming people, when we met for the first time, we told them it was our first experience in a camper and they were really kind and patient in explaining the basics of vanlife too! They also helped us by phone when we needed! the vehicle was equipped with everything and was reliable even for a long journey and there were no major problems! It was a great experience and we came away very satisfied! Thank you!

Unfortunately a bad experience, when we collected the camper we were informed that the rear window of the bed was broken, it was therefore not possible to open it otherwise it would remain in your hand (in August not a nice surprise as well as not being safe for travel). We noticed that there was only one gas cylinder available, they assured us that it would last 7/8 months, but instead it ran out during the holiday and we therefore lost half a day finding a dealer and getting a new cylinder. The camper was delivered very dirty, with animal hair and a lot of dust accumulated in the areas that were difficult to clean, smell of smoke, curtains that made your hands stick if you touched them, water tank with a strong sewage smell (probably never cleaned properly), Leaking toilet tub and awning slat fixed in front of us before collection. (when we returned from holiday the owner also complained that we returned it "dirty and dirty"... when in our opinion it was cleaner than before). As soon as we left, (being August) we turned on the air conditioning, and we realized that it wasn't working because it was flat. Shortly afterwards, during the journey we realized that not even the indicator was working because due to a contact (said by the owner after our complaint) it worked a little and then didn't (so it wasn't enough to replace the bulb). Taking a 3 week trip with a small child in August without opening the bed window, without air conditioning and without an indicator on the highway was not relaxing. (All discovered later by surprise) The owner told us that he was not aware of these problems although in my opinion they are difficult problems not to know about, also because if you know that the arrow makes contact... Once the holiday was over, due to our oversight we forgot to return a coffee pot and the water hose, we were asked for money by people who did not take care of other people's equipment. They "came at us" asking us for less money for the extra km traveled, and they didn't ask us anything for a mosquito net that we damaged (because they told us it always breaks). After all, the owner also left us a negative review, we were probably too good. Bad experience

First camper experience for me and my six and a half year old daughter. Luca and Laura are two exceptional people, their camper is in excellent condition, everything is taken care of in detail from cleaning to every function of the vehicle, even some "objects" were packaged new for hygienic reasons. The vehicle is mechanically and overall perfect, the result of their care and passion I don't think I could have found a better overall situation than this Thanks again, see you soon Samuel
