We rented a motorhome from Topcaravanning for forty-five days. When ordering on the website, it was indicated that the car had an automatic transmission, but after we paid for the rent in full, Topcaravanning gave us a car with a manual transmission, stating that this was the only one available. When we first used the awning, the awning supports fell off and it was clear that this had happened before, a day later the electric step into the living area fell off when my son was getting out of the motorhome, which could have led to injury. Upon inspection of the step, it turned out that two of the four mounting bolts were missing, and the third had no nut. As a result, we could not use the awning and step for the entire trip. The motorhome creaked terribly while driving and it felt like it was falling apart. All the sealant on the caravan was of disgusting quality, it leaked from the high temperature and ruined clothes if you accidentally touched the motorhome. The entire journey we were accompanied by vibration while driving. Inspection of the chassis of the car did not reveal any faults, but in Norway on a turn a wheel exploded, which almost led to the motorhome overturning. Many thanks to the speed limit in Norway. All the locks of the lockers were faulty and could be opened with a simple screwdriver. Technical support is very weak, they could not organize a evacuation for us and responded with a great delay, we were left alone with our problem. Thank you that in Norway there are honest, responsive and hardworking people who found us a tire and we were able to continue on our way. Subsequently, all the shortcomings that you did not notice when accepting the motorhome due to your inexperience, the workers hang on you and appropriate the deposit. Overall, the trip was great, but this is my merit and not the company from which I rented the motorhome. The whole impression was spoiled by the rude attitude towards the client and fraud with the deposit, which according to the contract they had to return within seven working days or file a claim. The claims were sent after 28 days and there, in addition to the tire, they presented us with a huge list of faults to which we have nothing to do. The tire was not punctured or torn, but simply exploded, which speaks of the poor quality of motorhomes in Topcaravaning and the lack of quality technical service. I didn't want to ruin my long-awaited vacation, where every day was planned for trips to car repair shops and endless correspondence with employees who respond every other day.

Todo Excelente. Los horarios de entrega y devolución de Yescapa estaban mal y eso no estuvo bien. El viaje excelente y la atención impecable. José muy amable y atento a todos los detalles. Un genio total. Durante el inicio del viaje un camión perdió parte de su carga en la autovía y nos abolló el capot de la autocaravana. Ahora estamos esperando que el seguro responda para poder obtener la fianza porque no fue nuestra culpa. José está atento a todo el seguimiento de esta gestión y nos mantiene informado. Nuestra primera experiencia en autocaravana y con niños y fue grandioso. Vamos a repetir seguro.
Nos ha encantado la experiencia, ha sido la primera vez, hemos descubierto un montón de sitios donde puedes pernoctar y pasar el día. Repetiremos en cuanto tengamos vacaciones, y a los niños les ha encantado. Hemos estado en dos parking de autocaravanas en Cádiz a pie de playa y hemos contemplado los atardeceres
Great place to rent! Very close to the airport just 5min with the taxi. The people are very friendly and the campers are in great shape! We had a great trip and would definitely recommend this company. 100% coming back!
