We had a great experience, thanks to awesome service and great organisation by vanscape. They were also very helpful and quick in assisting us when there were questions or problems. The car was exactly as we wished , had a great time all around. Thank you vanscape:)
Overall we were very happy with our car rental experience. We were very glad we chose this option, having a car you can convert into a bed at night was such a greet way to explore Madeira. The only downside was the insurance part, that was not clear enough. We had to pay again once we got the vehicule but on the website it was mentioned that the insurance was already included in the price. I still recommand!

La location s'est très bien passée. Le véhicule est très pratique et fonctionnel pour découvrir l'île. Il passe partout, les équipements sont top, il est très facile d'installer le lit et le matelas est bien confortable. Je recommande ce véhicule pour parcourir l'ile en toute autonomie.
The camping car was very well maintained and cleverly designed. Travelling with a camping was perfect for exploring the beautiful island. The rental agency played a significant role in enhancing my positive experience with the camping car. They were extremely friendly and helpful, providing me with all the necessary information and assistance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. They were readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had during my rental period. Their professionalism and excellent customer service made me feel well taken care of and added to the overall comfort and convenience of my camping experience.
We borrowed the camper for a week and were very positively surprised. Pedro picked us up from the airport and then explained to us with Jorge how everything works. Both were very likeable. He also gave us a list of recommendations from the island, all of which were very good. It was a good decision to rent such a “small” car because we got around very well in the narrow and steep streets and were able to stay overnight anywhere. The faucet and shower in particular were very practical. All in all, we had a very nice time and felt very comfortable with the Vanscape team as we were in contact throughout the week. Definitely recommended.
