Hello, I definitely had a great experience with both the team in charge and the van itself ! The team is really great and arranging and the van is perfectly new. All worked well . Especially the heater for cold nights and all needed to spend great time such as the cooking stuff, the beddings and so on. Nothing to say except that I strongly recommend this agency (cookie Campers) . I almost forget to tell that they have implemented a whatsapp that i used very late and early to get almost instant answers by message or video in order to solve all issues.. My case was changing the gaz and using the heater... Very efficient ! So do not hesitate. Eric (and thanks again for your customer care)
Danke. Gerne wieder.
