Timmy is amazing ! We had to amend timings and he was very amenable and flexible. We were first timers and he was patient with us. The handover was excellent simple and he explained everything to us. The van was clean and tidy and had lots of additional extras we did not expect. The awning is a fantastic addition especially as it was very windy and rainy and simple for us at 65 years young to put up and take down. It was great having access to cold drinks via the fridge and we used the great heater of an evening after lots of rain. The bed is comfy and the van was easy to maneuver. It was a great bank holiday weekend despite the weather and we would definitely recommend this campervan for comfort. Wr used the table of an evening and played cards and the G’kids joined for drawing fun. Thank you for a great first experience we will be back!! .
