The handover was smooth and Jay made it easy to understand. He helped us through a couple of hiccups and was great at communicating. The motorhome was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. We toured Northumberland, Scottish borders, Loch Lomond, Lake District and Yorkshire Dales and loved every minute. Already planning a tour for next year.
