Katrina could not be more helpful. Really easy, smooth process and goes the extra mile to accommodate pick up and drop off of her van on the 2 occasions we have hired from her. Spotlessly clean vans 2 with all that you need to set off - just packs your own bedding and food. Would highly recommend.
