Ken was very helpful in showing the features of the van. Initially the heater wasn't working but we were able to reset it and it then functioned with no issues. We travelled around Wales and the van handled the different road types well. Important to note that the speed is in kilometres, not miles - so make sure you know your conversations. The odometer is also in kms, so just keep track to ensure you stay below the limit. Overall the van was quite comfortable and clean, no major hassles.
