We booked with Anne for a long weekend in June 2021 - it was our first time holidaying in a motorhome and unsurprisingly, we're now hooked - the motorhome itself was amazing - more spacious than we imagined, with more home comforts than we could have hoped for. We travelled from Kent to Brecon in Wales and were pleasantly surprised how comfortable it was to drive and also how economical it was on fuel - it cost no more than if I'd driven there in my car. Once at our site, it was easy to get hooked up to the electric and we were free to relax and enjoy ourselves.
Anne and Dean were a pleasure to meet and deal with - from the start they were responsive, helpful and friendly. On arrival to collect the motorhome they gave us a thorough tour of the inside and out and showed us how everything worked. They really have gone above and beyond providing all the equipment you could possibly need for the interior which gave us even less to have to think about, all we had to do was turn up with some food and drinks and off we went. While we were away we had a minor hiccup with something not working which was entirely down to us and not a fault of them or the motorhome (it literally was a case of flicking a switch!), but they were there at the end of the phone to assist - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as renters and their beautiful motorhome which we hope to book again v soon if we're lucky enough to find some availability!
