I inquired about Irene late last year as an alternative for festival camping to accommodate my partially sighted partner, considering lighting, toilet facilities, etc. Nick was always quick to respond to messages and any queries I had before and during the booking. I had the opportunity to view the van beforehand and was thoroughly guided through its amenities. Upon collection, Nick explained everything about the van, including the off-grid system. We drove four hours to a festival and camped off-grid for five nights, and the solar panel system and leisure battery worked flawlessly! The van was easy to drive, with cruise control making the motorway journey relaxing. The beds were comfortable, and we stayed warm at night without needing additional heating. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Despite the awful weather at the festival, the van kept us warm and dry. Most importantly, it allowed me to bring my partner and ensure he had all the necessary facilities with good lighting, making the week accessible for him.
