Exploring the Scottish 500 in Eric with my son is a trip which will live on in our memories, and one I recommend to anyone that has not visited the highlands. Eric lived up to all our expectations and was the ideal size for two adults, providing an unexpected level of comfort , facilities for wild camping (which we did apart from two nights) and was surprisingly warm. The ideal size for navigating the narrow roads that wind there way around the coast Eric didn't let us down once (though I let him down in the last hour of the trip but less said about that the better). James and his son were excellent 'hosts', gave a detailed hand over and demonstration of the equipment on arrival and a very professional hand back on completion of an unbeatable Scottish 500. Fully recommended for all explorers.
