Being a first time user of goboony, the process of booking a van was very straightforward, and Paul was very communicative and flexible on the pickup and drop off times of the van. Any questions we had where answered in a timely fashion. The trip was short as this was our first time driving a Campervan, but there were no problems with Billy, as they were well equipped and very clean and tidy throughout.
