In a time where customer service is lacking I can honestly say Katie was absolutely fantastic. From the first enquiry to collection of Bluebell, it was nothing short of amazing.
From collection at unsociable hours (and delayed return to traffic) to the welcome pack we received. Everything you could possibly need was catered for!! A home from home!
I would have no hesitation using Katie and Bluebell again.
