Thank you so much for Grace's help when we rented the van! My partner and I went to the Lake District for a few nights, and the van had everything we needed, like a little bedroom. We actually had an extremely unlucky event and ended up stuck on a mountain road with no signal. A huge thanks to Grace for all her help that day. She was on the phone with us the whole time, helping to arrange help to the middle of nowhere. We made it back to Leeds safely that night, which we really appreciate (from what we heard, a lot of people get stuck over night in that remote region).
Grace and Jess do more than just rent out a cute camper van; they really helped us out when we needed it most. I’d recommend her to anyone! Having that kind of support in that tricky situation made a huge difference.
