This was our first campervan experience and cliff was so helpful with all aspects, enquiring beforehand, booking, handover and return. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from Cliff. The campervan itself was a very good standard and very easy to drive. We were impressed with the fuel efficiency which was a nice surprise. Our own learning was to take extra pillows and a mattress topper as we liked a softer sleeping area.

Thank-you for that Mark. I'm really pleased your first experience of life in a campervan was so good. The VW with its auto gearbox is a delight to drive and provides a comfortable home from home that fits into a parking space. The RIB bed (the wider version this van provides for 3 belted seats in the rear when you're travelling) has an excellent reputation for its engineering, but some people do find them rather firm.
