Caroline was super helpful from the get-go! It was my first time hiring a van, I wanted to view the van beforehand and Caroline was really accommodating with this. I took my two children (Ages 7 and 4) to a camping trip, and the van met our needs - specifically being able to cook in the van was really helpful when having little ones. Caroline also was super helpful in sending video instructions on how to use the gas hob, heating and the water. The van was really clean, easy to drive - Caroline was really attentive and put three camping chairs for our use. There was also a box of utensils, plates/ pans/ food bags etc that was helpful! Would highly recommend hiring from Caroline as she was just so patient, kind and helpful overall. Thanks so much again for helping us have a great experience on our first van hire xx Maggio 2026
