It was a real pleasure to have you travel in Art and I was gutted I couldn't meet you both due to my surgery after all the back and forth messaging before your trip. Raji said you were both lovely and easy going and thank you for taking great care of Art. I think maybe there was a mistake with the 1* rating which we can hopefully sort out :) haha
