I'm sorry we couldn't accept your booking. Prior to the booking the hirer had offered a deposit in case the two energetic dogs scratched the furniture or floor but the hirers companion disagreed to pay this on arrival. We took the hit on the earnings and I was the right decision despite the negative review. Glad the hirer found another van.
