Gemma's handover was very helpful and essential as we had never even been in a campervan before. She told us all we needed to know. We headed off to Norfolk then up the east coast of England into Scotland then back down making 5 stops in 2 weeks.
The pop up top bed was used a few times but mainly the rock and roller bed was used. All new experience for us but it wasn't long before we were used to it all.
Thanks to the weather the diesel heater was used a few times during the night and what an amazing bit of kit that is, lots of heat very quickly.
The VW lit-up badge is very cool on the ceiling. We used the electric hook up but only used it for the kettle and hair dryer, otherwise the solar system would have been enough for charging and gadget use.
It drove beautifully, good road holding and always felt safe.
