From our first enquiry until our finished journey Nick was always quick to respond to any messages. He was extremely helpful and accommodating when we needed to change our dates by a day and nothing was too much trouble for him. He was very clear with directions when picking up the campervan, as there was a road closure very near to his property. Handover was very professional, but friendly and showed us how to turn the seats around, pull out the beds, everything we needed to know answered any questions we had before we went on our journey. We had a brilliant time and the campervan was everything we had hoped for and more! So much so, that my husband spent quite a lot of time on our holiday researching VW's and looking at auction sites!! It was perfect for our two dogs too! They loved their holiday and we were lucky enough to have fantastic weather. Nicks campervan was well kitted out and I don't think we needed anything extra. He had even provided us with stakes and cable so our dogs were safe at the campsites we stayed in. Was very thoughtful of him. We can't recommend Nick or his van highly enough. Thank you Giugno 2025
