Handover went well although this was our first campervan experience so there was a lot to take in. I can’t remember if Stef told us about the hosepipe for filling up the water or the collapsing bucket, which was handy to empty the grey water tank a bit (without need to move van). We had two weeks where we visited Ghent, Aachen, Trier, Ardenne and Denin. Everything on the van worked well and it was nice to drive. The reversing camera was essential. Stef’s communication during the trip was excellent. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was because unfortunately the weather wasn’t brilliant during our trip so it meant we needed the heater on quite a bit in the mornings/ evenings sometimes and felt a bit cooped up in the van as it wasn’t warm enough to have the side door open and sit outside more.
