Turned up to collect the camper but the owner wasnt there and instead his brother handed over the camper.
While inspecting the camper we informed him that the tap didnt work. He wasnt able to fix it, we had no choice but to accept this problem as it was too late to find a alternative.
When we brought the camper home, we realised it was dirty inside and even has mould in the fridge( I have photo as evidence).
We had to stock up on water bottles due to not having a working tap, we didnt book campsites so fully needed the tap to work for washing up and washing etc.
The battery on the van wasnt great, at some points we were worried it wouldn't start but thankfully it always did.
The owner admitted he was away and forgot he had us collecting the camper. He wasnt understanding about the inconvenience of not having a working tap although it was for us as a family of 4 not staying at campsites.
A shame as we would have used this camper for many planned trips in the future.
