Michael is super friendly. The handover went well. The campervan handles really well and the layout was perfect for us (2 adults). The campervan was not clean, however, and we spent an hour in the Tesco parking lot cleaning out all the cupboards, drawers, cutlery, dishes and wiping down the front driving area. There are some definite areas for improvement - though the serrated knife worked well, the only other cutting knife was dull and almost useless. Two of the four cups were dirty / stained to the point where I couldn't get them clean. One of the remaining cups was cracked. The non-stick pots and fry pan are of the old-school cancer-causing teflon and the non-stick surfaces are scratched and peeling. The toaster only works if you stand there and hold the lever down.
