Hired a Moho from these guys for 4 days to visit family in Yorkshire and a bit of sightseeing on the coast. From the initial enquiry, through to collection, travel and return, I just cannot fault any part of the experience. Somehow they manage to be incredibly professional while also making you feel relaxed and part of the family! The location was easy to find, complimentary hot and cold drinks while you sort out the paperwork and get walked through how the Motorhome works. I fell in love with the Roller Team home I hired – it was magnificent. Easy to drive, modern, comfortable, functional, well equipped, even had its own WiFi network. I chose to take the hotel-grade bedding/towels for convenience and it was perfect. Everything on board was easy to use, there were QR codes for video help if needed (we didn’t but that may be handy for some). As we left the depot we were advised to call them without hesitation if we needed any help and that they were always happy to help in order that we get the most out of our holiday. We didn’t need to but really felt so reassured that nothing would be too much trouble. The return hand over was equally smooth and our deposit was returned within 24 hours. I have been trying to think of a constructive criticism so this review doesn’t sound too biased and fake but I honestly can’t fault any part of the experience!! Oh, ok, there was no complimentary Champagne! Finally, I find the rental fees extremely good value compared to other private hires. I don’t have a huge budget for these short breaks and to travel in a more or less new vehicle, so well equipped and luxurious at such a fair price is a game changer for me.
