Dal momento in cui lo abbiamo ritirato, è stato subito chiaro che il mezzo era in condizioni eccellenti: pulitissimo, ben equipaggiato e chiaramente ben tenuto. Aveva tutto il necessario per un viaggio tranquillo e confortevole. La comunicazione con Fabienne è stata eccezionale: calorosa, reattiva e super disponibile durante l'intero processo. Ha reso tutto semplice e senza stress, dalla prenotazione alla consegna. Si vede che ha davvero a cuore sia il van che l'esperienza dei suoi ospiti.
