Before the pick up of the van if i had any queries Alun responded quickly. The handover was smooth and Alun went through everything I needed to know, with a follow up of written instructions.
The van was really easy to drive and park up, I did not use electric hook up, as the van had solar power for small electrical items (USB only) and gas for cooking on.
The weather for the weekend was not great, but being in the camper was dry and cosy. Overall a fantastic experience.
