The motorhome wasn’t properly prepared for the hire. The toilet hadn’t been emptied, it smelled damp, and the main bed was wet from leaking seals, so I couldn’t use it during my stay.
The fridge was dirty and smelled so bad that I had to clean it before using it. One of the cupboards also smelled strongly of damp and mould.
The handover felt rushed. We spent around an hour completing the Goboony form and I was repeatedly encouraged to click through each section when I wanted time to read what I was agreeing to.
I was using the motorhome for a work trip, so the wet bed, damp smell and cleanliness issues made the stay difficult.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t hire this motorhome again.
