¡Todo fue genial y tiene todo lo que necesitas para viajar!
Ariel was so nice and lovely! The campervan itself was everything we dreamed of – worked amazingly, super comfortable, and equipped to the highest level. The only downside during the trip was that it came with a broken, non-working back light, which worried us as we thought we might get fined for it. Unfortunately, my overall experience was later overshadowed by a very unpleasant interaction with the owner of Flying Campers. For several weeks after the rental, I tried to get a copy of the rental agreement for my coverage company. During this time, he barely responded to my messages and repeatedly told me there were no additional documents, without making any genuine effort to help. When I followed up with a call, he raised his voice, screamed at me over the phone, and then hung up. This felt completely unprofessional and disrespectful, leaving me frustrated and disappointed
Very kind and professional, the communication with Ariel was super smooth even if we have contacted him only the day before (as our other reservation was cancelled last minute). He was lovely and explained us in details how to use the van, even provided videos of that! And the van was absolutely perfect for our family of three, our little one enjoyed so much sleeping in the pop up :) highly recommended if you don't want surprises with your booking!
Genial esta muy bien equipada y es muy cómoda para viajar, ariel fue muy amable y flexible, siempre atento a responder der preguntas mientras estábamos en ruta.
