ich hatte mit Sylvia geschrieben und das klappte dann auch alles genauso wie wir’s besprochen hatten. Die Abholung war einfach und unkompliziert und ich konnte auch als ich unterwegs war noch Fragen stellen und mir wurde sofort geholfen. Der van ist so wunderschön, wie er auf den Fotos aussieht. Man fühlt sich wohl. Ich bin alleine gereist und hatte den ganzen van für mich. es war ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet.

Alles war relativ unkompliziert. Von der ersten Anfrage, bis zur Übergabe des Campers. Alles so wie beschrieben. Gerne wieder.

It was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. You can immediately tell how much care and attention Sylvia puts into making sure her guests have the best possible experience. What really made the difference was Sylvia herself. She was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond, making us feel supported from the moment we booked until the end of our trip. Thanks to her amazing van, we had an unforgettable adventure and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would happily rent from Sylvia again and recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a reliable host and a fantastic camper van.

Der Van ist super schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Gut durchdacht und alles da, was man so braucht. Die Reise mit dem Van hat uns richtig viel Freude bereitet. Sylvia, die Vermieterin, ist total nett, sehr zuvorkommend und hat unsere Fragen immer zeitnah beantwortet. Auch während unserer Reise hat sie auf Fragen verständnisvoll und schnell reagiert. Sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

The Van was awesome - Yescapa was terrible. Sylvia is incredibly nice and always happy to help. Her Van is designed with a lot of care and has everything you need - even if you want to stay off campings for a while. The car was easy to drive, even with little experience. The interior of the Van is not only beautiful, but also very practical - there is lots of working and storage space. The bed is quite big (I am 1,85 m tall, and it was just fine), and the matress is very confortable. The shower, the stove, the solar panels etc. all work very well. However, the insurance that Yescapa provided was a huge mess. I broke my wrist during the trip, so I could not go on driving. The repatriation was included in the mandatory insurance that Yescapa sells you with the Van - however, when we called the insurance, they were unable to find our insurance number that was on the document Yescapa provided us. When contacting Yescapa to solve the problem, we did not receive any reply until we would write only in caps and expressing our anger (its impossible to call them). All in all, it took almost a week, hours of phone calls with the insurance and a lot of stress until Yescapa finally confirmed to the insurance that we were insured. This is unbelievable, and I would not want to know what happened if we had a more serious and urgent accident.
