MILOT – AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This rental turned what should have been a family holiday into a complete disaster. The vehicle we received was simply not fit for the purpose for which it was being rented. During our trip we experienced repeated breakdowns and defects, including: * multiple battery failures leaving us stranded, * repeated inability to restart the van, * non-functioning air conditioning during extremely hot weather, * a shower leak that existed when the vehicle was handed over, * a leak that eventually emptied the entire water tank, * inability to use the shower or even the sink, * electrical problems affecting the cooking equipment, * unusual engine noises, * constant anxiety every time we stopped the vehicle. We were travelling with a baby, which made the situation even more unacceptable. The consequences were severe: * we had to repeatedly change our itinerary, * rent accommodation, * rent a car, * spend money on restaurants, * and abandon the camper van experience we had paid for. What makes this experience even worse is that the owner himself acknowledged many of these problems in writing. He admitted that the vehicle had significant issues and agreed in writing to a full reimbursement. Yet despite these written commitments, the situation remains unresolved. I have spent weeks gathering evidence, invoices, photos, videos and explanations. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent our time dealing with breakdowns, leaks, electrical faults and administrative disputes. In my opinion, renting out a vehicle in such a condition demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and respect. This was not a holiday. It was an exhausting, stressful and costly ordeal. I would never rent this vehicle again.

Milot est très gentil, il a toujours été présent lorsqu’on avait besoin de lui. Cependant au vu du prix certaines choses nous ont dérangé. Le van était sale, il n’y avait pas de couette adaptée aux draps, le van était très en désordre avec des affaire sales dans le coffre. Le début du voyage a été compliqué avec des phares qui ne fonctionnent pas, et des papiers non à jour alors que nous devions passer la frontière. On tient à souligner l’amabilité de Milot mais on trouve qu’il devrait prendre plus soin de son van, surtout vu le prix de la location.

globalement notre expérience en van en Albanie s'est bien déroulée. le tour du véhicule a été effectué un peu rapidement par un partenaire du propriétaire, qui a omis de nous mentionner quelques détails (un voyant d'huile qui s'allume en permanence notamment). Le véhicule était particulièrement boueux à l'extérieur. Nous étions 2 adultes et un enfant, et si le véhicule est prévu pour trois, le couchage à trois est très étroit. Le manque de concurrence justifie le prix élevé pour l'Albanie
