# House Rules

Thank you for choosing Lowpace Vans. We hope you have a fantastic trip! Please take a moment to read our house rules.

### Before You Travel

* Please ensure all drivers meet Goboony's driving and insurance requirements.
* A full handover will be provided before departure. Please allow around 45–60 minutes.

### Looking After the Campervan

* Please treat the motorhome with the same care you would your own.
* Keep the interior clean and tidy throughout your trip.
* Please avoid wearing muddy footwear inside whenever possible.
* Notify us as soon as possible if any damage or faults occur during your hire.

### No Smoking

* Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the motorhome.

### Pets

* Pets are welcome by prior agreement only.
* Please help keep the upholstery clean and do not leave pets unattended inside the vehicle.

### Fuel

* Please return the motorhome with the same fuel level as when collected.

### Toilet & Waste Water

* Please empty the toilet cassette and waste water tank before returning the vehicle.
* If this isn't possible, please let us know in advance.

### Cleanliness

* We don't expect professional cleaning, but we do ask that the campervan is returned in a clean and tidy condition.

### Returning the Vehicle

* Please return the motorhome at the agreed time unless we've agreed otherwise.
* If you're running late, simply let us know as soon as possible.
