We were complete novice campers so chose to stay on caravan motor home sites around North Yorkshire. The van was easy to use and the WiFi was easy to connect phone to van for navigating the trip. We wanted to try before buying however the process was so easy renting we will be booking again. The van had everything we needed and we would try “off grid” next time. Dale was great to deal with his communication excellent and he answered any questions quickly.

We used Dale’s motorhome to go for the NC500. The motorhome was a very good choice and brought us over the distance safely and reliably.
The layout of the van is very good and gave great living space.
Dole’ handover at the beginning and on return worked very well and was well detailed leaving no open questions. We had no issues during the trip as a result.
So overall 5 stars.

This campervan is great! really comfortable, well equipped. The awning, outside rug and chairs etc are all of decent quality which made a real difference. Everything went well with Dale, handover on collection and drop off very quick and smooth. We will definitely use this van again

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best experience and wouldn’t use this campervan again. The fridge stopped working after day one and kept turning off overnight, and the window coverings were broken. The van waste also hadn’t been emptied properly by the previous users, including toilet waste, which absolutely stunk the van out in the heat. We had to empty it ourselves at the festival which was disgusting. We returned the van clean and washed the outside, but after a 4-hour drive back from a very dry and dusty festival site, some dust had settled on the roof. The owner was quite abrupt with me about this and asked me to bank transfer £40 for a valet. I felt really uncomfortable during the handover with the way he was speaking to me. We stuck to all the agreed times but still waited 30+ minutes at collection and around 15 minutes at drop-off. Overall, there were a few issues with the van and the communication wasn’t great, so unfortunately we wouldn’t hire from this owner again.

The van came backed ditched from being on a festival site with usually limited facilities. The fridge has never had a problem it’s just not knowing our to use it is the problem usually. Again the van was perfectly clean when it went out no smells and clean. The van was going out the next morning so I had to spend the evening taking it for a valet. Also I let them take it 3 hrs early and return it 5 hrs later.

The van was absolutely perfect and met all of our expectations.
From collecting the van right through to dropping it off Dale was great and very accommodating.
The van itself is beautiful and well maintained and it kept us in luxury at a festival. There was plenty of space to cook and shower and to chill. The bed was super comfortable and very much appreciated at the end of the night, especially as it had a solid fixed base, so no pulling out or putting away!
I would highly recommend this van and the owner, who made our trip perfect.

Ci siamo divertiti moltissimo in questo camper. Era la prima volta che andavamo in camper ed è stato fantastico.
