Extremely disappointing. We rented the van for latitude festival and from the moment we arrived the fridge didn’t work. All our food was ruined and we had to buy expensive festival food to replace this with instead. When we called to ask for help with the fridge we were told to “Google it”. We spent days troubleshooting but nothing fixed it. Instead of trying to resolve the complaint with a token of compensation for a vehicle which did not meet expectations, the owner retaliated by saying we didn’t clean it properly despite having no issues when we returned it and signing everything off. The complaint is now with Goboony to resolve. We are experienced and responsible campervan renters and have never had any previous issues with any rentals. This was a disappointing and costly experience.

It's upsetting to us to read this review.
We had problems from the start with this hireer; they constantly stated the fridge didn't work before they even left for latitude. If this were the case, why fill the fridge with expensive food? Anyway, we ran through all the basic checks, and were told it's still not working yet on its return, the fridge was full, and all the perishable goods that were still in there were still cold, cold and fresh! They also stated that when they arrived at Latitude Festival, all their food had gone bad. I'm curious how a journey of a few hours, along with the leisure battery supply, could have ruined the food! We checked the fridge on their return, and it was working fine.
Also mention that when they dropped it off, it was signed off. This wasn't the case; they left the site before this could be fully checked and signed off.
As per our verbal cleaning policy, unlike other companies and private hirers, we don't charge a cleaning fee; all we ask is for the user to bring the Motorhome back as they found it “clean and tidy” Unfortunately, this wasn't the case; it was absolutely filthy, and we also had the pleasure of cleaning their toilet mess out.
