House Rules for Renting Our Motorhome

Please send us before rental:
*A copy of your licence
*An online licence check code
*2 separate proofs of address
* please also notify us of any endorsements on your licence or motoring incident/claims in the last 3yrs

1. No Smoking or E cigarettes its strictly prohibited inside the motorhome. A cleaning fee of £500 will apply if smoke is detected.

2. Pets Welcome
Pets are allowed for £25/pet, per trip. Please keep pets off seating and beds, and clean up after them to avoid extra charges.

3. Toilet Cassette
The toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned before return.

Failure to do so will result in a £100 charge.

4. Grey Waste Tank
The grey waste tank must be fully emptied before return.

Failure to do so will result in a £25 charge.

5. Fuel Policy
The motorhome is provided with a full tank of diesel and must be returned full.

If not, you will be charged the cost of the diesel + £25 refuelling fee.

6. Cleaning
Please return the motorhome clean and tidy. Excessive dirt or mess will result in a cleaning fee of £250.

7. Linen
Due to hygiene purposes we do not provide linen/Bedding. So please bring your own duvet/pillows.
We do however have waterproof mattress protectors fitted to our beds.

8. EU Travel
Travel within the EU is allowed at an extra £20/day, which includes extended insurance and breakdown cover. This must be arranged prior to departure.

9. Driving Requirements

Drivers must be aged between 23-75 years old and hold a full UK or EU driving licence for at least 2 years.
23-25 year old is an extra £500 deposit required!

No off-road driving. festival use only if agreed in advance.

10. Mileage
The rental includes 145miles/day.
Extra mileage £0.45/mile

11. Breakages & Damage
Please report any damage or lost items. Charges may apply depending on the issue.

12. Return Time
The motorhome must be returned at the agreed time. Late returns will incur a late fee of £50/hr
