An unemptied toilet cassette will incur a £75 charge. An unemptied grey-water tank will incur a £25 charge.

If the diesel tank is not returned full, the missing fuel cost plus a £25 refuelling fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

A 30-minute grace period applies to the agreed return time. After this, late returns will be charged at £25 for every started hour. Any additional costs caused by the delay may also be charged.

Any damage, accident, warning light or mechanical problem must be reported immediately. Travel abroad, winter-sports trips and mountain routes require prior approval.
