I highly recommend hiring a van from Nick. The paperwork and handover processes were detailed and thorough. Nick was great at communicating, responding to my messages even when I was on the road. The van was ready on time, very clean and contained all the things I needed for my five day adventure in England.

Couldn't be happier with my experience. Nick was a great guy to rent the vehicle from. This was my first time - he was helpful, friendly and very accommodating. Knew exactly what to explain to us about using the campervan (and sent some short instructional clips in advance). The vehicle itself was perfect (myself and my son were travelling on a little trip) - everything worked, was in great condition and was easy drive and operate. Surprisingly fuel efficient too. Slept two nights in the van - one up top, one on the pull-out bed. We're average size and it was adequately comfortable (both slept well). Very cosy at night-time - we didn't cook because it wasn't worth it on our short break, but we ate in the van and watched movies both nights on a laptop. Became quite attached to the vehicle as part of our adventure. Came back having had a great time (and I'm not a camping person usually). Everything about hiring Wendy was simple, easy and such good fun! I was one of those terrible customers who asked about 100 questions on the lead up to hiring her, and Nick was amazing, he even called me to go through everything before we got her! Handover was thorough and at no point did we feel rushed or like we were totally clueless before we left! Wendy was our home while we were at Carfest! She was perfect! She literally had everything you could need, even down to a £1 for your trolley! The fridge was a really good size too for all those essentials (wine). Would not hesitate to hire Wendy again! Nick even dropped us a courtesy message to make sure we got home safely once we dropped her back off! Thank you Wendy (and Nick). We hired Wendy for 3 days over the weekend for a trip down to the Cotswolds waterpark. Nick was fantastic throughout the whole process from initial booking, handover and returning the van. He was always very responsive to any questions and replied promptly every time. The handover was excellent, we hit the open road confident that we knew everything required and if not Nick was available to ask (during reasonable hours, of course). Wendy is a great little van, very easy to drive and economical on diesel. She is exactly as described on the website so you can be confident of a stress free adventure! Handover went brilliantly and Nick showed us everything we needed to know. We took Wendy to Silverstone for the weekend and had an amazing time. Wendy has everything we needed for camping.

Had a lovely week away in Wendy. She’s easy to drive and Nick is super responsive with advice and answering questions. Wendy is well stocked with lots of thoughtful things that make your holiday a treat. My daughter liked the little disco light which created a nice atmosphere inside late at night. We were parked off grid but the solar panels mean you can keep phones and iPads charged up. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Nick is a super star... easy communication, professional approach and was very reasonable and flexible with arrangements and problems. Wendy is a great van and although there's no running water facility, we just used bottled water (some provided by Nick), which worked perfectly. The fridge is spacious and useful, and the bed works easily (it's 'mechanical not electric). There's no satnav but you can use carplay and the van drives well. All in all, a great option for those that don't require the 'bells & whistles' of a newer camper. Thanks Nick & Wendy for a great trip away!

We couldn't have hoped for a better first campervan experience. I was able to email Nick regularly with any questions I had before our trip, we were also able to view Nick's facebook page for some guidance on the set-up of the van. This was very useful as it prepared us for the handover. Nick was very easy to deal with and talked us through everything during the handover. The campervan - named Wendy, was in very good condition and ran really smoothly. It was really well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay away. The pop up roof was really good as it allowed extra height when standing in the van. We took the van down to the Kent coast and had a really enjoyable stay. I would 100% recommend hiring from Nick and taking Wendy on your own journey. We hope to be booking again soon.

Wendy the campervan was excellent - easy to drive especially being able to use Apple play. Setting up Wendy was a breeze. Nick was smashing and provided great advice and everything we needed for our weeks trip in Wendy. Highly recommended if you just want to try a campervan for the weekend or want to go for longer.

Great experience! We are seasoned campers but after 15 years I decided I needed to upgrade! Wendy was perfect for me and my husband. We took most of our own camping gear as we had 7 teenagers and the dog in tow, but Wendy has everything you need for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable with the addition of the mattress and when made up left just enough room for our lab’s bed. We camp off grid so I appreciated having power for the fridge and lights to take off make up and get changed at night . I usually do that whilst balancing my phone torch somewhere precarious. We’re hiring Wendy again for our friends 60th birthday party later this year and will just supplement her with a bigger table and a portable bbq. Will be wonderful to travel so lightly! Nick was a great host. I had thorough instructions on how everything worked at pick up and drop off was fast and simple. I found the van really easy to drive which was a nice surprise. We’re campervan converts now!

My partner, the dog and I had a brilliant weekend away in Wendy to the Becon Beacons. She has everything you need including a £1 for the supermarket trolley. Nick was also a pleasure to deal with before and on the day of collection. We shall definitely look to book Wendy again soon for more adventures.

We really enjoyed our first experience in the van. Nick did an excellent handover prior to the trip and we felt ready for our experience. We booked into a campsite on our first night and wild camping on the second night. We found the van very well resources with everything you needed. Highly recommend.

We had a brilliant holiday in Wendy! Nick explained everything really well in the handover, and Wendy had everything we needed. The heater was particularly welcome for a wet and cold November trip! Everything was clean, reliable and comfortable. We would be really happy to have another holiday in Wendy, perhaps at a warmer time of year next time!

We love Wendy! Enjoyed an action packed long weekend with her down near Brighton and she was perfect. Nick is extremely helpful and did a great job going through and showing us how everything works and answering questions. Wendy is lovely to drive and has lots of nice touches for a comfortable stay (cooking utensils, head torch, bluetooth speaker, pet first aid kit, toolkit - the list goes on)! Will definitely be back to hire again and would highly recommend.

Wendy met and exceeded all our expectations, as did our communications and interactions with her owner, Nick. She is an absolute pleasure to drive, making the long drives comfortable and enjoyable. She is well equipped with everything you may need, plus things you didn’t know you needed and of course those you hope you won’t need but are reassuring to have nonetheless. Nick covered every base and even snuck a much appreciated little something in the fridge for my birthday I was celebrating whilst away. 😊 We managed to fit everything we needed in for a 10 day trip for two ladies (who struggle to pack light), 2 elderly dogs (who require a host of luxuries and necessities, like ramp and buggy), food for self catering, clothing for summer heatwave and winter downpours and paddleboarding gear! We had booked a few Airbnbs on our route and used Wendy as a day camper for our day trips and one overnight stay. She was very comfortable to sleep in. We enjoyed our trip so much, having a reliable, safe, comfortable and well kitted camper made that happen for us, so we’re already planning our next trip and will be booking Wendy again once we have dates sorted. 😊

Journey with Wendy!! We began our journey thinking to have an adventure as this was our first camperVan experience, little did we know adventure was having us. To start with, Nick was kind enough to allow us a early start and also picked us up from the station in Wendy and drove us to the pick up point which was his place where he offered us drink and a very warm welcome from a little beautiful lady Beryl(Shih tzu). It was a rainy afternoon and Nick was patient enough to answer all our first timer questions and detail us with everything about Wendy. As we left, our first road trip began towards Cornwall stopping at Devon. we had experience of typical British weather in 3 days on road. We started with rain and saw, bright sunny day with beautiful sunrise and sunsets, we also got to experience power of wind at Summer peak. Despite of extreme weather Wendy managed to keep us safe, warm and cosy as it came. Wendy gave us memories for life on roads, good atmosphere to cook hot food and cozy bed that she has in her belly ;) We are sure that this trip has nudged our dream of travelling and spending time on the road yet relaxed and comfy and all thanks to Wendy. A big thanks to Nick for being patient, kind and generous enough to pick up and drop us back to the station and offering us drinks and use washrooms at his place.

What can I say!! Wendy was awesome!! Absolutely amazing camper and Nick was very helpful and fantastic to deal with! He even provided us with a doggy pack that included a ground spike, towel, poo bags and a travel water bowl which was a lovely surprise. Wendy was in good condition and was easy to drive. She came with all the required accessories, included an awning and an uprated stereo with Apple CarPlay which was a real bonus! We really couldn’t ask for anymore and I will definitely look to hire Wendy from Nick again!
