Motorhome Hire – House Rules
Fuel
The motorhome is supplied with a full tank of fuel.

Please return it full.

If not returned full, a refuel charge of £25 + cost of fuel will apply.

Water & Waste
Fresh water tank must be emptied before return.

Grey water tank must be emptied before return.

Toilet cassette must be fully emptied and cleaned.

If the toilet is not emptied:
A £60 toilet emptying & sanitation fee will be charged.

Cleaning & Condition
Please return the motorhome in a clean and tidy condition.

Excessive dirt, mud, sand, or spills may incur a cleaning fee of £50.

No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.

Pets only allowed if agreed in advance (pet fee may apply).

Damage & Breakages
Any damage, breakages, or missing items must be reported on return.

Costs for repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit.

Pick‑Up & Drop‑Off
Please arrive on time for both pick‑up and drop‑off.

Late returns may incur a £25 per hour late fee.

General Use
Treat the motorhome with care — it’s a loved vehicle, not a fleet van.

Follow all instructions for appliances, heating, water systems, and electrics.

No off‑road driving or festival parking unless agreed beforehand.
