Welcome to Ebbw Campervan! To ensure the vehicle remains in pristine condition for every guest, we kindly ask all travelers to observe the following house rules:
1. FUEL & ADBLUE POLICY:
Please return the vehicle with a full tank of diesel (exact level as provided at handover). If the AdBlue warning light appears on the dashboard during your journey, please top it up using standard vehicle AdBlue (available at any UK fuel station).
Charge if unfulfilled: Cost of fuel/fluids + £25 administration fee deducted from the security deposit.
2. CLEANING CONDITION:
The vehicle must be returned swept, wiped down, with all galley equipment washed and dried, and waste tanks completely emptied. The £75 fee applies only to standard light cleaning oversight. Excessive dirt, unemptied waste tanks, or foul conditions will incur specialist cleaning charges at actual professional rates (minimum £150).
3. TOILET & WASTE TANKS:
The chemical toilet cassette (black waste) and the grey water waste tank must be emptied and rinsed prior to return.
Charge for unemptied toilet cassette: £50 sanitation fee deducted from the security deposit.
4. SMOKING & VAPING:
Strictly no smoking or vaping of any kind permitted inside the campervan or cab.
Charge for violation: £250 specialist deodorisation and ozone treatment fee.
5. PET POLICY:
Strictly no visiting pets permitted. Ebbw Campervan is a pet-free rental for guests, maintained exclusively for our family dog, Evi e. To protect our timber cabinetry and upholstery from damage, guest pets cannot be accommodated on any booking.
6. HEIGHT & DRIVING RESTRICTIONS:
Ebbw Campervan has a safe operating height clearance of 2.80 meters. Hirers are fully responsible for checking low bridges, drive-thru barriers, and low-hanging tree branches. Any overhead structural damage resulting from negligence is the hirer's full financial responsibility up to the insurance excess limit.
