At the end of the hire period, the campervan must be returned in the same condition as it was provided, subject to normal wear and tear.
The following return conditions apply:
Fuel: The campervan must be returned with a full tank of petrol, at the same level as when it was collected.
Water: The campervan’s fresh-water bottle/tank must be returned full.
Condition: The campervan, including the interior, fixtures, fittings and supplied equipment, must be returned in good condition and free from any new damage.
Cleanliness: The campervan should be returned reasonably clean and tidy, with all personal belongings and rubbish removed.
Damage: Any new damage, breakages or loss of equipment identified during the return inspection will be assessed and the reasonable cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit.
Return inspection: The campervan will be inspected on return. Where possible, any damage or issues will be discussed with the hirer at the time of inspection.
Security deposit: The security deposit will be refunded following the return inspection, less any applicable deductions for damage, missing items or other agreed charges.
By accepting the campervan, the hirer agrees to return it in accordance with these conditions.
