Risposta da Katrina Hi Ian, thanks for your review, as explained upon collection, the damage was from a previous hire and we temporarily fixed it so you could continute with your hire, this has now been repaired, all the correct paperwork was provided and the european essentials were not provided as you didnt respond to our request on which countrys you were visiting so we could ensure everything was in order, we did however reimburse you the full amount for the essentials you purchased. The breakdown was an unfortunate incident and the first breakdown we have had in 5 years, you were dealt with promptly and recovered to a hotel which was paid for by ourselves. We cannot speak on behalf of goboony customer support but we have never had an issue with contacting them or resolving any issues in the past.
