We expected the van to be dated as it was over 20 years old, we also expected it to be clean & functional. There were little things that we would have overlooked, like knobs coming off doors, curtains falling off their tracks, the dividing door between the lounge and the bedroom not working at all etc etc. However we couldn't deal with the wet carpet in the kitchen and although Nick did respond straight back to us, he told us to turn the pump off which we hadn't turned on anyway. The carpet was soaking and during the day/night smelt really really bad. We returned the van the next morning and lost 2 nights hire. All in all a very disappointing experience and waste of money.
