The handover with Sarah was excellent, and any questions we had during our trip were answered promptly. We hired the van for two weeks while travelling through Switzerland, and it was fantastic. The van was in great condition on collection, and the beds were comfortable for the whole family (2 adults, 2 children). The only issue we experienced was that the air conditioning began leaking after use, so we stopped using it after the first couple of days. This was a challenge on the hotter days, but when we informed the owners, they responded quickly and even offered to cover the cost of a repair while we were away. We chose to wait and have it looked at on return. Overall, the van had everything we needed and made our trip very enjoyable. We’d definitely consider hiring it again.
