We are very disappointed. This van is misrepresented on the web. it is unroadworthy and unsafe to be on the highway. goboony has also let us down. Before you book find out what happens when your van breaks down. You will most likely have to rent ( and pay upfront) a replacement vehicle (if owners get back at you promptly). Then when you are back home you can wait for 5 weeks or longer to get your refund. communication is poor and the process is lengthy. it seems to be designed to be difficult. We are in the process to take legal steps and we will never book with goboony or greame again

Unfortunately the clutch broke, fortunately we have breakdown cover and had you back in an hour and i personally drove you about. In the UK we have strict safety tests for vehicles (MOT) which we pass every year BEFORE we can rent out Ruby. Goboony did everything possible to rent you another campervan the same day but yes unfortunately you need to pay for the new hire and be refunded for the old one, this you chose not to do.
