Our road trip was great even with the problems we had with the motor home, ie unable to use steps to get into van, electric steps not working so we were given steps which were way to small to step into the van so we entered and exited vie the passagers door, We also spent half hour per moring taping indicators back on, the bed fell to bits we I tried to pull it out and the key snaped in the lock. The gas fire stunk to high heaven and wasn't safe to use and it also had a crack through the top. When we took van back, Kay signed off the paper work stating the damage and writing down the damage wasn't down to us, two days later I get an email fromKay saying she was witholding my deposit for the damage she said and signed off stating it wasn't how fault. We went into a dispute and after uploading pictures evidence, Goboony refunded my deposit. Goboony were great sorting out the dispute, and Kay!!! Settembre 2024
