From originally starting a conversation with Marion, the level of communication was great. This continued throughout the holiday, with different questions being fired at Marion, which were answered sharply. Upon collecting Shadow, the process was swift and painless and we were on our way in no time, allowing us to get up to Scotland whilst the sun was still shining. Shadow was clean and tidy upon collection, meaning we didn't need to do anything apart from fill it with our clothes and go. Shadow is well equipped, allowing for off grid stops if needed, however, on this trip, we stayed at sites with electricity hookups. The canopy was easy to use and provided a good shelter for us, allowing us to cook outside with the gas hob which was provided with the van, along with the camping chairs and table. Shadow is a really smooth ride and handles like a dream. It is long however, so if you're not familiar with long vehicles, be careful. Overall the trip was well worth it, and would highly recommend.
