Ross was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He took his time when handing over the van, showing me everything and making sure I was happy and comfortable with how everything worked.
When I had a mishap with the key, which was ultimately found, Ross was really reassuring and helpful throughout, making sure I was okay and that everything was sorted. He was just as relaxed and helpful when we returned the van, taking his time and making the whole process very easy.
The van itself is lovely and had everything we needed. It was a great home for a very rainy week, giving us a cosy place to shelter when the Scottish weather did its thing! I’d definitely recommend Ross and the van.
