This is not just a review but a BIG THANK YOU! to Kelly and Chris for making our first motorhome hire/experience such a memorable experience. We along with our children thoroughly enjoyed it.
The whole process of hiring Bertha, right from pick up to drop off was exceptionally wonderful.
The whole experience felt like we were not renting a motorhome but borrowing it from our friends.
Kelly and Chris ensured that everything we needed was on board. They also added some very sweet special touches such as scones with fresh cream and jam in the fridge. (Btw we did put cream first! :0) )
Chris explained everything to us in detail at the start of the trip and was always available when we wanted to ask a few things during our trip.
We can go on and on about how lovely our experience has been!
Some of the highlights of Bertha: -
She is nearly new and in pristine condition.
The bedding provided was clean and crisp and very well organised.
Complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits were kindly provided by Kelly and Chris.
Complimentary toiletries in the toilet along with bath robes and bath slippers.
Everything needed for a lovely holiday is onboard Bertha including picnic chairs and table.
We carefully ensured that Bertha was returned to her home in the exact condition we got her.
We highly recommend Bertha (Kelly and Chris) and a big Thank You again for making our holiday memorable.
