The waste water must be fully emptied prior to return. All toilette waste must be disposed off, and the carrier must be thoroughly cleaned before return. Vehicle to be returned with the same amount of fuel supplied. Charges will apply for those that fail to clean out their waste.

Charges will occur if rules are not followed:
Vehicle to be returned by 11am any late shows will be charged £35 per hour

- Toilet clean empty £50
- Mattress Stain £200
- Evidence of smoking - we will charge up to £250 (please don't smoke)
- Missing items/Breakages £Cost of item

Please remember to pay Dartford crossing charges, LEZ/ULEZ, Congestion charges, etc. An admin fee may apply on top of the charges if they are to be paid by the company.

Full Driving License required . Must have held full license for a minimum of 2 years
Insurance covers 1 named driver . Further drivers can be added
Drivers must be over 21 and under 79
Hirers are required to complete a rental agreement form
Hirers are required to provide an access code to the DVLA license check scheme
Driving license must be shown on day of hire
We require a copy of your drivers license and two further proofs of ID with your current address on it which matches your drivers license i.e. Bank statement, Utility bill etc ( figures can be cover)
