We had an amazing time traveling through Scotland for 16 days. We were a group of 5 (3 adults and 2 teenagers, aged 15 and 17). The double beds at the rear and in the top-front are large. I am 1.89m tall and could sleep comfortably. The bed in the middle is smaller (suitable for people up to 1.80m tall), so we used it as a single bed. It is possible to make it wider for an additional person, but I would not recommend this as it would take up too much interior space. A few things were a bit used/damaged, but it did not really impact us. Maureen was really helpful: she answered our questions quickly and clearly through Goboony. She was very accommodating with pickup/return times to match our flight schedule. We were also able to leave our empty suitcases at her home to save room in the motorhome during our road trip. The pickup location is very convenient and close to Glasgow airport (10-15 minutes by car). The motorhome is a bit aged, but it was clean, well equipped, and easy to drive. It was our first experience renting a motorhome, and it was a great one! Thanks, Maureen!

I never got to meet Maureen/owner instead I dealt with her daughter and son-in-law, which were very friendly but rather limited in their knowledge with regards to the van as were we.
I contacted Diane on our first day and she replied and offered assistance promptly.
Downsides to the van :
1. Lock to fresh water tank was loose and difficult to open.
2. Same as above for lock to access electrics.
3. Fridge and sockets only work when plugged into mains.
4. We had to purchase gas on day 2.
5. 4 of the 6 privacy blinds didn't work.

It was a pleasure dealing with Maureen and hire her motorhome. Everything was spot on and clean and Maureen was very friendly and welcoming... Will hire again and highly recommend her. Price was reasonable combined with great service.
